A beautiful piece of jewellery is a very special purchase, and we are here to guide and support you, every step of the way. We want you to have the best experience possible in choosing the perfect jewel with the knowledge that we source the finest natural diamonds and gemstones and that our pieces are carefully created by hand in our Conduit Street townhouse.

We pride ourselves on our aftercare service with complimentary annual cleans and checks. In addition to this, we want you to feel fully confident that, in the unlikely event that you should wish to return your jewel, you will have 30 days to do so, from the date of purchase. Together we can then help you choose or even create an alternative piece of jewellery using your returned item as store credit. Lastly, if an exchange is not the right option for you, we will gladly provide you with a full refund. Please do refer to our terms and conditions below.

Please be aware that in order to make a return, the item and the original packaging must be returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange for bespoke creations or pieces that have been sized or engraved at your request. For international deliveries, we are unable to refund any import duties or taxes that you may have incurred.
