Since 1980, we have been creating the finest handmade jewellery in London. Known for our rare diamond and gemstone expertise as well as our unique designs, we hope you enjoy our joyful, sparky world of one-of-a-kind, handmade jewels.
We offer free hand-delivery within the M25, free delivery in the UK and these International destinations: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, E.U, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, U.A.E. and the U.S.A.
We usually aim to ship items within three working days but please allow extra time in view of the current global situation. Upon placing an order, clients will be contacted within 48 hours with an estimated delivery date which is dependent on courier availability.
All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK or by either Fedex or Brinks internationally. Deliveries will need to be signed for and photographic identification is required.
International delivery times may vary due to customs. International clients may be liable for import duties. Hirsh London takes no responsibility for import charges incurred. Valuations for all items are sent by email after the item has been shipped. Please contact us if you need a hard copy. If your diamond is certificated, than the certificate will be shipped with the valuation.

Items can be returned within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you. Please be aware that we cannot refund delivery charges. When returning your item, please pack your parcel securely in the original Hirsh box. We strongly recommend you use secure recorded delivery for this as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods. Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved or sized at your request.
For security reasons, we do not store customer card details at Hirsh. When we receive your item, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be returned to your account.
If the packaging is damaged we will have to charge the £150 replacement cost for a new box.
